Ana in the City Festival continues the next night with great interpretations of classical music. Oliver Poole, the young pianist from London whose bravura performance impressed everyone tonight in the Sponza Palace. Besides his own original songs, he managed to bring closer to the audience Wagner, Stravinsky and Gershwin, in his unique, playful and very dynamic way. Although he is only 23 years old, he is very talented. No wonder BCC hailed him to be the “young Rubinstein”, and Lang Lang said that Oliver played the best Gershwin he had ever heard. So far he has performed on many world stages and is known for his charisma and a special talent for improvisation.

He composed pieces for award-winning performances, pop stars, international TV campaign, world-famous visual artists, international charities, and initiatives. Right now he is writing a song that will become a new single of Bianca Nicholas who represented Great Britain at the Eurovision contest 3 weeks ago. Besides being a great musician, Oliver is very involved in charity work. When he was only 17 years old, he founded a charitable initiative Siberian Appeal.
